The Access Center is staffed with courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff, including behavioral healthcare professionals and highly trained personnel who are experts in eligibility screening for insurance, are HIPPA compliant and follow NCQA guidelines for call answering.

All staff participate in 4-6 weeks of training and attend ongoing training to maintain their high-level of professionalism.

The Access Center is managed by a team of professionals including:

Susan Brown, MSW, LCSW, Director, Access Center
Susan has over 22 years of experience in the field of behavioral health including direct practice with multiple populations in both outpatient and inpatient settings. For more than 11 years Susan has been providing supervisory and administrative oversight to the Access Center.

Christina Ruoto, MSW, LCSW, Mental Health Clinician II, Access Center
Christina has over 18 years of experience working with mental health and substance abuse issues and has provided individual and group services to a variety of populations.
