National Institute of Mental Health.

The claims of this site are admirable and useful, but the site is
not easy to negotiate and some of it is geared to specific interests.
Offers articles, links, quotes, books, and training regarding managing
stress, maximizing performance, and enhancing emotional health.

stress, depression, anxiety, sleep problems, and drugs. Provides
13 mental health links, 13 general health links, and 3 Christian
links. SPANISH TRANSLATION. Most useful sections seem to be "Recognizing
Your Stress" and "Your Stress Scale (Holmes and Rahe scale)."
[N.B.: The site ends with an "Acknowledgement" which basically
is a Christian prayer and thanksgiving. This orientation is not
apparent in the text.]
