Offers articles, links, quotes, books, and training regarding managing stress, maximizing performance, and enhancing emotional health.

Provides 13 mental health links, 13 general health links, and 3 Christian links. SPANISH TRANSLATION. Most useful sections seem to be "Recognizing Your Stress" and "Your Stress Scale (Holmes and Rahe scale)." [N.B.: The site ends with an "Acknowledgement" which basically is a Christian prayer and thanksgiving. This orientation is not apparent in the text.]
