Transitional Outpatient (TOP)

The Transitional Outpatient (TOP) Program is a step-down program from the Challenge Program.

Children who have successfully completed the Challenge Program are seen several times per week for group, individual, and family therapy, as well as for medication management, until they are ready to move into the Outpatient Services.

Direct referrals are not accepted into the TOP Program. The Clinician Supervisor for the Child and Adolescent Partial Care Services is Ms. Maria Farraye-Biggs, LCSW, 973-972-1084.
